At All Kids, we want your young athletes to be fully equipped and satisfied; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your All Kids account and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Pack the Equipment
Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed by our team.
